My son and I had reservations at Ruth's Chris Steak House for his 22nd birthday. The experience was fabulous beyond my expectations from the Valet service, front desk attendant, waitstaff , and kitchen. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and came out on 500 hot plates keeping it fresh and the cocktails looked like a picture. Towards the end of our wonderful dinner, the manager Ben came around making sure everyone was enjoying their time and friendly greeted each table. If you're going to spend a bit more than usual on a nice dinner and have a good time, I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be coming back soon!

We try and go to Ruth's Cris whenever we travel and I have to say this one was one of the best we've been to. The service was great. We wanted for nothing the entire time. Everything we ordered was perfect. Perfectly cooked steaks, augratin potatoes were good and the lobster Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked lobster. A fabulous meal.

Visited this place for Valentine's Day with my fiance and it was very welcoming upon arrival, the atmosphere was chill with a relaxing vibe. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable about the specials and menu entrees. We ordered a drink while waiting for our meals and I must say everything from the appetizers on down to the drinks were so delicious. We will definitely be back again real soon!

I love coming to Ruth’s Chris restaurant and enjoying the atmosphere and vibes. This location in St.Louis is very nice and the staff is very welcoming to their customers. I ain’t have no reservations but I was still able to get a set without waiting due to it being a weekday, the food and overall service was excellent, definitely don’t mind coming back to this location.

I have been coming to Ruths Chris for a decade .I was afraid that when Darden took them over that the food quality would suffer. It has slightly . Having reservations and being sat by the bar was a turn off. Being able to order my dish the way I like made up for it. Though the quality has suffered, they still deserve 5 stars.

My husband and I visited Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for Valentine’s Day earlier this year and, unfortunately, left disappointed. Both the service and the food fell short of our expectations for such a special evening. We made our concerns known to management at the time, unsure if we’d ever return. Fast forward to April 18th, 2025 — we decided to give it one more shot, and we’re SO GLAD we did. What a difference! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch. We learned that some positive changes had taken place in the kitchen, with Sierra Eaves now serving as Executive Chef. The improvement in the food was undeniable — absolutely phenomenal. Michelle, our server, was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Ben, the manager, checked in with us several times to ensure everything was perfect — and it truly was. Kudos to the team for turning things around in such a meaningful way. We’re thrilled to say Ruth’s Chris has redeemed itself and then some. We will definitely be returning often. Well done!

I made reservations at Ruth Chris for my birthday.My experience was amazing and when my guest and I arrived we were seated immediately.Our server was very nice and attentive made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were enjoying our food.The general manager was very nice as well and made us feel welcomed.The food was very delicious with large portions.I want to thank Ruth Chris for their great hospitality and will be returning soon.I highly recommend you go to this location.By the way the salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection,sizzling crab cakes delicious,au gratin potatoes so cheesy and good!.Also thanks Ruth Chris for the complimentary birthday dessert
